How will I know if my order has been confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation to the provided phone number or email.
How long will it take for my order to be processed/shipped?
Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, in most cases orders placed before 3pm EST are shipped same day. We only ship Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) Once shipped, you can track your package with the provided USPS tracking number
I received the wrong size/product or its damaged, what do I do?
We sincerely apologize if you received the wrong product or its damaged, please email us at sweetestthingboutiqueinfo@gmail.com with your order # and we will fix it as soon as possible
The Item I want is out of stock, what do I do?
Unfortunately we do not take pre-orders at this time, if enough customers want the same item, we may be able to place another order. If that happens, please sign up for our newsletter so you are the first to know when it arrives!
