Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately at this time, returns are for store credit ONLY! We will issue a store credit in the form of an e-gift-card via email.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping cost for returns are non refundable 

To start a return, you can contact us at sweetestthingboutiqueinfo@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ALL items in the “Sale” section will be final sale, no exchanges or returns. 
Items discounted at 30% or higher will be FINAL SALE
Bodysuits will be Final Sale

Seasonal/Holiday purchases: Orders placed on or after 11/25/2021 can be returned for a store credit or exchanged until 1/05/2022
